My aim is that you'll love whatever you buy from me, but if you find yourself unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will accept returns within 14 days upon receipt, in exchange for another item (or items), or for a refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, you must contact me prior to returning any item(s). Please send me an email at sealmaiden@gmail.com or contact me here.
Your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SALES items can not be returned. If you buy an item on sale it is yours, period.

All shipping costs related to the exchange or refund shall be the buyers responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

It is the buyers responsibility that all returns reach me. If a returned item is shipped without delivery confirmation and is lost, I will not be able to make the exchange or issue a refund.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

For all international customers:

When your package arrives in your country, you may have to pay additional customs / import / VAT fees for which you are responsible. Please understand that marking your order as "gift" to avoid these fees is illegal. Lying on a US customs form is considered mail fraud and a felony offense.
